How to Pay

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No! You can use your card or PayPal account. To make a purchase all you need to do is add your items to the cart. Once you are ready to pay all you need is to check out. Once you have filled your Shipping information press 'Pay with PayPal' (Please note you will still have the option to pay by card). Once redirected to the PayPal page you can either login to your PayPal account or if you wish to pay by card please click on 'Create an account' (You are not required to create an account). On the subsequent page you can fill your card details as instructed.

Delivery Times

Orders are subject to 1-2 days processing time. After which the following delivery timeframes apply.

UK: 1-5 working days after the date of dispatch.

EU: 5-14 working days after the date of dispatch.

US/Canada: 5-15 working days after the date of dispatch.

Rest of the world: 5-21 working days after the date of dispatch.

Please note the above are general delivery timeframes and can take longer depending on the processing time of your country's postal services. All orders are delivered through a tracked or signed for delivery service. We reserve the right to cancel orders to certain countries where we cannot guarantee the efficiency of their respective postal services. Some countries will only be serviced via courier companies such as UPS and TNT which is subject to an additional service charge (between £14-£17).

Next Day Delivery

Need your jewels the next day? We've got you covered.

If you require your purchase to reach you the next day/ or a specific day and live in the UK please email us at contact@phantomjewels.co.uk or via the 'Contact Us' form on the website stating the items you wish to purchase and date you require them for and we can arrange to send the item through a Special Delivery Service which should cost £7.99 (usually the price for a package up to 100g). We will send the invoice through PayPal (please note you do not require a PayPal account to make this payment).

Please note orders are sent at 1pm daily so please get in touch 24 hours in advance so that you can get it the next day.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Packages are classed as "lost" if it has been more than 15 working days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at contact@phantomjewels.co.uk and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order. Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to being claimed will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient.

Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee.

All packages are packaged as securely as possible however it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated in transit. We take it very seriously if your Phantom Jewels are reached in a condition less than perfect, so email any concerns to contact@phantomjewels.co.uk.

*NOTE: Some countries will only be shipped through courier services such as UPS and TNT which will cost £27.00 for express shipping (delivery within 7 days). These countries include but are not limited to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Qatar and Bahrain. We can provide express shipping for all countries please email us contact@phantomjewels.co.uk. Please see below for next day delivery within the UK.
